Dieses Wochenende habe ich vor allem mit dem Auftrennen von Quiltstichen verbracht, was ziemlich frustrierend war. Aber das Ergebnis hat mir nicht gefallen, und ich wusste, dass ich das Endprodukt nicht würde leiden können, also habe ich alles wieder aufgetrennt. Zweimal. Viel genäht habe ich also nicht, aber zum Glück waren in der letzten Woche ja wieder Gildetreffen, so dass ich wenigstens ein paar Bilder vom Show and Tell habe. Bei der Abendgilde haben zwei Mitglieder Quilts gezeigt, die ich für sie gequiltet habe. Davon sieht man in den Bildern leider nicht viel, aber beide hatten Pantograph-Muster gewählt, also war es nicht übermäßig aufregend.
I spent a lot of time unpicking quilting stitches this weekend which was very frustrating. But I didn't like the quilting and I knew I would hate the finished piece, so I decided to rip it all out. Twice. I didn't get much sewing done but fortunately last week was the third week of the month, and this means guild meetings, so I have a few Show and Tell pictures for today. Two of the evening guild members showed quilts that I had quilted for them. Unfortunately you can't see much of the quilting in the pictures but they were both pantographs anyway, so nothing too exciting.
