... ist der Anfang vom Restequilt. Mein Kind findet ihn allerdings zu schwarz. Mir gefällt er, der schwarze Stoff bringt die bunten Stoffe doch erst richtig zum Leuchten, finde ich. Und es geht auch ziemlich gut vorwärts, so eine Reihe ist schnell genäht. Gut, dass ich schon Rückseitenstoff bestellt habe, wer weiß, wie lange ich auf den warten kann.
I really like the way the scrap quilt is turning out. My son thinks it contains too much black but I don't agree. In my opinion, the black fabric brings out the brightness of the other colors. The sewing progresses nicely, it doesn't take much time to make a row now and then. Good thing I already ordered the backing fabric. I wonder how long I will have to wait for that?!
Schön! Schwarz hat doch was, gerade als Junge sollte ihm das doch gefallen! Warst Du auf der Textile Art?
