Ich bin Mitglied einer Online-Gruppe, die Quilts für Frühchen mit einem Geburtsgewicht unter 1.500 g näht. Zehn Krankenhäuser in Deutschland und Österreich werden von uns versorgt. Ich habe gerade vier Tops genäht, die ich alle bis März in fertige Quilts verwandeln möchte.
I am a member of an online group that makes quilts for preterm babies that weigh less than 3.3 lbs. We give them to ten hospitals in Germany and Austria. I made four quilt tops that I want to turn into quilts until March.
In March our yearly Eastern Germany retreat will take place. Antje from Halle who is the contact person for two hospitals there will participate, and I would like to give her all my finished quilts then. I already quilted and bound one of them.
Dann findet nämlich unser jährliches Sternetreffen-Ost statt, und Antje, die zwei Krankenhäuser in Halle betreut, wird auch teilnehmen. Da wäre es natürlich günstig, wenn ich ihr alle Quilts persönlich übergeben könnte. Der erste Frühchenquilt ist auch bereits fertig.
