Quilt Show in Langley

My computer is more or less back to normal but then I managed to damage my USB flash drive... don't ask, it's a stupid story. So I had to buy a new one and transfer everything from my backup drive but apparently there were a few damaged files, and everything would just freeze over and over again... It took me another day to get this all sorted out but hopefully I am done with computer issues for now. And I managed to look through my pictures from the quilt show and assembled a few collages.

Since this year is Canada's 150th birthday, the challenge theme was to make a small wall hanging that shows what Canada means to the quilter who made it. One of the challenge entries showed a Mountie playing hockey, and while we were looking at the challenge quilts, the real-life police officer who had modeled for the quilt showed up and let us take his picture with the quilt.

In diesem Jahr steht ja Kanadas 150.
